At Erock Edits, every product is custom made specifically for each customer. Because our products are personalized, made-to-order items, all custom orders are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved customization details.

Custom Products

This policy applies to all personalized products, including:

  • Personalized signs and plaques

  • Custom business products

  • Any item featuring customer-provided artwork, logos, names, messages, or designs

Please carefully review your design details, spelling, sizing, and customization selections before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error caused by Erock Edits, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund if approved.

Design Approval & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before production begins, including:

  • Names and spelling

  • Sizes and product selections

  • Design choices

  • Uploaded artwork, logos, and images

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Order Cancellations

Because each item is created specifically for you, cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
